Community Engagement Officer

Résilience Montréal is looking for a Community Engagement Officer for our new 780 Atwater location, opening June 2026. This full-time overnight role (40 hrs/week, 22:00–06:00, Monday to Friday) involves patrolling the surrounding area, monitoring the security of local properties, and checking on the well-being of unhoused persons in the neighbourhood. Where appropriate, the Officer will connect unhoused individuals with resources and support. The ideal candidate is bilingual, holds a degree in human sciences or equivalent experience, and has a background in social services or security.
